This usually involves opening Internet Explorer, right clicking and doing a "Save Target As" a few times, until I can get it to work.
Although there are exceptions to this new "rule", they are few and far between, and I have to do a lot of extra work just to be able to download a simple. So.for the past month or so, I've had a strange issue with my computer, wherein I cannot download or save files to my HD.
